Distribution of Materials SCHEDULE:
Friday, May 29th from 8:30-1:00pm with the following schedule by last name:

8:30 - 9:15 A-C
9:15 - 10:00 D-G
10:00 - 10:45 H-L
10:45 - 11:30 M-O
11:30 - 12:15 P-R
12:15 - 1:00 S-Z
We are preparing to distribute the students’ personal items left in the classrooms (i.e., pencil boxes, miscellaneous assignments, water bottles, etc.) and to collect chromebooks, textbooks, and library books on Friday, May 29, 2020 from 8:30-1:00pm
At your scheduled time, please enter and exit through our main parking lot, similar to morning valet. As you pull up in front of the office, you will see that there are stations. Each EZ-up will be a station.
Station #1 - Pick Up of student belongings
Station #2 - Textbook & Library book drop off
Station #3 - Chromebook Collection & drop off
Parents please have a piece of paper with:
- Your family last name
- List the teacher name for each of your students
- Please make sure the paper is large enough to be easily read and attached or held near the passenger side window closest to the curb. (see example below)
