Welcome to Castaic Elementary School.  We look forward to developing a strong partnership with you for the education of your child.  To help ensure that the school and student(s) are well prepared for the first day of school, parents are encouraged to register their child or children as soon as possible. The simplest way to register your student is through our online registration portal.

 

These online forms will need to be printed and brought into the school office.  When registering online please remember to choose the correct enrollment year.  Registration forms are also available in the school office.  Emailed registrations will not be accepted.

 

Registration Checklist

Please complete the online registration at the link below. After completing the online form, you will be required to bring the following documentation to the school office:

• Proof of Age:  Birth Certificate, Hospital Certificate (must have attending physician's signature), Baptismal Certificate, Passport or affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor.
• Proof of Residency:  Current Utility Bill such as electric, water or gas bearing the parent's name and address (bill must be 30 days old or less), Property tax payment receipt, lease agreement or pay stub
• Proof of Immunizations:  Current immunization record - see link below for current immunization requirements

For Incoming 2024 -2025 Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students only:

Transitional Kindergarten students must be 5 years old between these dates -

September 2, 2024 - June 2, 2025

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024.
